Sustainable Power Corp. Reports That Texas A&M University Completed an Analysis of Its Green Energy Technology
    BAYTOWN, TX, Dec. 17, 2009 (Marketwire) --
BAYTOWN, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 12/17/09 -- Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) is pleased to report that a team of professors, scientists and graduate students from the world-renowned Texas A&M University has independently analyzed its proprietary green energy technology. The tests were conducted in a manner dictated by the Texas A&M scientists maintaining a full chain of custody throughout the process to determine the purported differences of the process with and without the catalyst. This is a follow-up to Sustainable Power Corp's April 27, 2009 announcement that it had engaged a major University to commence testing of the biofuel green energy technology to which it holds an exclusive US license.
Among other reasons, Sustainable Power Corp. selected Texas A&M University because it is a research-intensive institution with 10 colleges and a nationally recognized faculty that was ranked 5th by US News and World Reports and first in the nation by The Washington Monthly for "tangible contributions to the public interest."
The Texas A&M team which analyzed the proprietary SSTP process was lead by Professor Joseph King, Chief of Staff, Texas AgriLife Research - International Programs - Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture. The team consisted of four research professors from diverse fields and a group of graduate students.
Texas AgriLife Research comprises 13 research centers with a staff of 1,700, including 375 doctoral-level scientists who are nationally recognized experts in their field. Among the fields of research concentration is Bioenergy.
Sustainable Power will shortly announce the results from the Texas A&M's report on the Company's process for converting biomass to liquid fuel, flammable gas, and biochar after a review of the report is completed by Sustainable Power's Technical Advisory Board headed by Dr. Thomas Hartwick.

Default SSTP Publishes Summary of Texas A&M Findings

This should be a great news play for this company tomorrow. Hoping to see some price apprecation tomarrow and this week. Good luck to you all. I included the news and links to the findings

BAYTOWN, TX--(Marketwire - 02/01/10) - Sustainable Power Corp. (Pinksheets:SSTP - News) today published, on its website (www.sstp.us), a public summary of the report produced by Texas A&M University scientists on the company's licensed catalytic pyrolysis process to produce Vertroleum biofuels, biochars, and biogas.
    M. Richard Cutler, President and CEO, advised that, "We spent many months and a lot of hard work with the fantastic team from Texas A&M working through the testing and findings, and are now pleased to publish the findings for our shareholders to peruse. The tests confirm what we knew all along... our licensed technology is fantastic and will change how we look at energy for the future. Because we have to protect our confidential technology, we felt we needed a report of the findings which provide comprehensible results, yet does not release sensitive competitive information."
The summary was prepared by SSTP's Technical Advisory Board and newly appointed Chairman of the Board and Chief Technology Officer, Michael Garjian, who stated, "The Texas A&M report is unambiguous in its verification of our licensed process. The quantities and quality of output biofuels, biochars, and biogas is extraordinary and this verification paves the way to a new era for SSTP."

Sustainable Power Corp. Settles Litigation With Borneo Energy Sendirian Berhad

BAYTOWN, TX--(Marketwire - February 17, 2010) - Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) today announced that it has resolved all outstanding litigation with Borneo Energy Sendirian Berhad.
Michael Garjian, Chairman of Sustainable Power, advised, "One of my first objectives as Chairman of the Board of SSTP was to determine the facts which led to a lawsuit between Borneo Oil Sendirian Berhad and Sustainable Power Corp. In 2008, as a result of efforts by SSTP board member Scott Hoerr and Borneo's Mr. Edmond Soo, both parties set forth on a path to a mutually beneficial collaboration.
"With the involvement of the independent third party Texas A&M, additional corporate leadership, and a review of the facts, both parties sought to re-evaluate the past, extricate themselves from a time consuming and wasteful litigious situation, and look to the future. As a result, both SSTP and Borneo have agreed to drop their lawsuits, SSTP agreed to issue Borneo an agreed upon amount of stock in consideration for all proceeds previously remitted, and both parties agreed to mutual releases from past events while leaving the door open for future interactions with the possibility of extending the SSTP process at some point into Malaysia. "I extend my sincere thanks to SSTP Board Member Scott Hoerr, Edmond Soo and Joseph Lee of Borneo, and SSTP counsel and CEO M. Richard Cutler for their help in resolving this situation and I look forward to further communications with the principals of Borneo."
