One of the functions of the clinic would be to provide comprehensive care to individuals who are registered and authorized to utilize medical marijuana.
Eugene Espinosa, President of CTS, has completed the course work and clinical supervision requirements for a Ph.D. from the University of Northern Colorado. His B.A. is from the University of Colorado and his M.A. was re-earned from the University of Northern Colorado. Mr. Espinosa has over thirty years experience working in government agencies.
